Check out my work experience here: http://jorgmardian.wordpress.com/ to find out what my clients say, where I have conducted business and what I’m currently working on in the fitness industry.

There’s never a dull moment, but I wouldn’t trade with anyone else.  The nutrition/fitness industry is satisfying beyond belief, because in our business we have the ability to really impact lives in a positive way. What an amazing journey it’s been and how sweet it is to wake up each day and love what I do!

  1. Hi! We seem to share a common interest in health and nutrition! Did you know that “although Health Canada provides food manufacturers with guidelines and strict definitions about what claims they can make on their packaging, the vernacular used by food producers is not as straightforward as we might think. For example, let’s look at the nuance behind the term ‘low’, often used to precede cholesterol, sugar and sodium, and usually giving the impression of a healthier purchase. In fact, most consumers would feel equally confident in a product marked sodium-free or low-sodium. Unfortunately, however, the consumer’s ticker would pay the real price. ‘Sodium-free’ actually means less than 5mg per serving, while ‘low-sodium’ refers to 140mg or less per serving – a pretty big nutritional difference that does not at all mirror its semantic friendship.” You might be interested in checking out this article:
